above image shows my badge that i have saved( made by me before sometime) but when i open my badge editor it asks whether restore unsaved logo i say no!

That weird. try restarting your computer and see whether is the problem still there or not?

i tried all from my end i think now its upto crew :D

Yeah :S This is happen when you add many objects on a badge... you lost your badge... to fix it just open the badge editor and Press "New Logo" and after save the badge (blank), open the badge again and create other badge :P
